Process of company formation in Slovakia:
- We will send you a questionnaire that you fill out and send back to us
- Based on the questionnaire, we will prepare the necessary documents, which we will send to you by email
- You sign the documents at a notary and send them back to us (by email)
- Subsequently, we will apply for trade licenses at Trade Licensing Office, submit a proposal to register the company in the Commercial register and register your company at the relevant Tax office
